Lovely Blackberry Egg Cake

Ingredients
5 large eggs
1 tablespoon coconut oil
3 tablespoons coconut flour
½ cup fresh blackberries
Zest from ½ an orange
How To
Place steam rack in Instant Pot, add a cup of water
Take a mixing bowl and add eggs, coconut oil, coconut flour, mix well until combined
Season with a pinch of salt
Add blackberries and orange zest
Pour into muffin cups
Place muffin cups on steam rack
Lock the lid and cook on steam mode for seven minutes
Quick release pressure and serve
